Nice and sams Club, but with the worst and the most disorganized workers, nobody can speak English or know anything of what they are selling, and the cashiers will take forever...

Store is nice and clean. Horrible customer service. Sales associates won’t answer phone. In-store associates are not helpful.

Not over crowded like it's competition, that's what I like, self checkout, wish they have more variety of their items

Good products similar to USA, customer service is lacking. Membership desk has employees whom don't seem to care about the client since it interrupts their chit chat. Employees on the floor or check out don't know about product availability when asked. Café area does not listen to your order and gives you what they want. They wait time in café isn't worth it. Multiple visits same experience every time.

The cafeteria is just bad, looong wait to order and no place to sit , employees all around just not doing anything
